Smoker's BBQ Pit - Ocean City, Md...w/Pics

This place is actually located in West Ocean City right on Rt 611 (Stephen Decatur Hwy) about a mile or so south of the route 50 intersection. I hadn't been here in over a year but since I was in the area and had the camera handy figured it be a good time to check back...overall I think this was my third or fourth visit since stumbling upon it a few years back.








Don't know what kind of wood this is but at least we know that they are using wood!




I ordered the BBQ Pork platter (included two sides)...with fries and macaroni salad...all meals/platters also include a chuck of jalepeno cornbread.


As you can clearly see...the pork is definitely of the chopped/chunked style which I do like...BBQ sauce available at the tables so that you can add as much or as little as you'd like.

I would definitely recommend this place if ever in the area...especially since this area isn't exactly known for "real" BBQ. Everything I ordered was very good and would certainly order it again on another return trip...however I would also like to try the ribs one day...The menu is very big...they also offer items like fried catfish, meatloaf, burgers, soups and desserts!
