Chicken Livers

I used to visit a local eatery that did chicken liver omelets. Can anyone share arecipe as to how you would do this? Thanks in advance. BKK

I would imagine, one would saute the livers with onions or shallots and....? And then, add the scrambled eggs and finish, A little snipped chives on top would be a nice garnish.
