 After seeing the Food Detectives episode about the high bacterial count on lemon wedges put in drinks, I don't think you should even think of recommending what you have pictured above.

Sigh   Despite the food detectives thinking I am living on the edge by doing so, I have been putting lemons and limes in my water, like my grandma taught me, since I was a kid.
