Is Boneless Brainless?

In my prime cuts, I prefer bone in rather than a boneless cut. With the bone you have a map of what you are getting. With boneless you are in murky territory. Boneless cuts can parade as anything and quite convincingly so. With the map removed, anything goes.

Well, that's my opinion and I do think boneless is brainless. Also isn't it nice to have a nice bone for the dog if you keep one? What do you think?
