Sounds ok. Huge portions are way less important than tasting good, IMO.

I have to admit that I usually seek out great Carolina-style BBQ places when I am in that neck of the woods, but its good to hear the locals have access to a good NY-Style pizza place in Apex. However, I am tempted to try some of the toppings at Namoli's we don't often see around here, such as shaved steak and hamburger.

I have to admit I cringed when I saw hamburger on a pizza. There is a criteria I apply to pizza places: if they offer hamburger and no meatball as a topping, then the place does not know how to make a pizza. It's definitely totally anecdotal evidence, but living in CT with many quality places around, I found that one bit of criteria to be useful. Thankfully, i looked at the menu and they offered meatball as a topping.

The RBC Center in Raleigh serves a BBQ pizza. It is wonderful!

Ev1L I have to admit I cringed when I saw hamburger on a pizza. Ev1L, At least they didn't offer to make a pizza with livermush. Scrappily, Ort. Carlton in Goetta Try It Athens, Georgia. P. S. Although I'm a native Southerner, the thought of hamburger pizza makes me do a low-scale cringe, too... dadgummit, hamburgers are hamburgers! If you want a pizza like that, eat a sloppy Joe on a pita! The so-called Philly Cheese Steak Pizza does nothing for me, either... you're SPOILED up there in Connecticut!
