Breakfast in the Nation's Capital

As a relatively new resident of Washington, DC, I have not yet found the perfect breakfast. There are a couple however that are worth a trip if you are in the neighborhood, one being the Eastern Market Lunch Counter, which can have a line a couple of dozen deep on a Saturday morning. The other is Jimmy T's, which is OK from a food point of view, but has great atmosphere, as you dine in a greasy spoon in the shadow of the Capitol. Any other places out there?
