Adam's Rib Barbecue

Adam's Rib Barbecue is on US-35 on the western edge of Eaton, Ohio:     According to the owner no one's ever complained about the food.  My "Hog Dog" and a pulled pork sandwich. The Hog Dog is a smoked sausage split and filled with pulled pork, and topped with barbecue sauce, shredded cheese, and onions (which I declined):   2 of us had Hog Dogs and 1 had the pulled pork and we liked them; me personally because the sauce seemed to be a fairly typical Midwestern sauce and it didn't seem to be overly sweet or ketchupy. "Ale 81" (pronounced "a late one") is a regional ginger ale-type soda from Kentucky that's been around for a long time and got its start as a supposed hangover cure. Brad
