Blue's BBQ

Out of a truck in Frederick Md. possibly the worst food I've ever eaten. The food isn't smoked, I don't believe. The chopped pork was pulled out of some watery grave, slopped on a bun, then some red crap that tasted like ketchup with about a lb. of sugar added, the most cloyingly awful sauce I've ever had. The brisket was strips of combat boots, overdone and not as nearly tasteful as a well worn 2 yr. old boot from a Vet with sweaty feet. The line was about 5 deep, I guess it was part of their probation sentence. Avoid at all costs.
I rarely knock other owners food, but this stuff was so over the top horrible as to give all us BBQ folks north of the Carolinas a terrible name.

Too bad that you did not jouney a little futher north to Chubby's on Route 15..........that place is a lot better than barbeque joints that I have gone too in the far south.
