Inexpensive Ice Cream Cake

I am just trying my hand at adding a photo on here. I finally did it! I got tired of going down and paying $30 for ice cream cakes for family birthdays, so I decided to make my own. You can make two of these for about $8. They are not as pretty as the store bought versions, but they taste good. If anybody else makes ice cream cakes, I would like to hear your tips/techniques.
