I don't know how it is prepared, but it doesn't appear to be grilled unless it's on a roller grill. It's topped with bulgogi, which is a type of Korean barbecued beef. I've heard it described as beef with a sort of garlicky soy sauce. I'm sure that I wouldn't like this on a hot dog but suspect that there are plenty that do since this place seems to be getting good reviews.
