How's markets in Los Angeles -- tri-tip to die for

The How's markets ( http://hows.foodmagic.com) are owned by the Hughes family that started that eponymous chain that was sold to Ralphs. They have branches in Granada Hills, Malibu*, North Hollywood, San Marino and Torrance. The barbecue tri-tip they serve on weekends from 10:30 am to 5 pm is AMAZING! You can buy a whole or half roast to take home, or they serve sandwiches to eat on-site. I especially want to mention the new North Hollywood location, which is suffering in a terrible location and needs some love. *Malibu's BBQ pit is open Thurs-Sunday.
