From Stone Brewing Co. Their products are now available in 12 oz bottles, so I can buy them without planning on drinking 22oz at a sitting.

First, Ruination IPA. Pretty good, I'd say; an excellent beer. Well balanced, more than you would think by the name. The hops are almost oily, the way they coat the tongue, but it also has malt sweetness. A nice woody/herbal aftertaste. I still prefer 90 Minute IPA, but I like this.

Next, Oaked Arrogant Bastard Ale. I like AB, but it's pretty straightforward and not too complex. The aging definitely improves it; there is a really nice smokiness.

Nice choices mosca. Have enjoyed both of those in the past.

Last winter we awarded Wandering Jew this fine bottle ofA.B. ALE. Actually the decision was made based on the close apparent relationship between the Brand Name, and the person receiving the "Gift" ! W J was a "Natural" for this award ! He accepted it with the true spirit of humility and stated, "Free Beer is Free Beer !"
