spaghetti sauce

I live in Knoxville, TN and there is a restuarant on Broadway that has spaghetti sauce that is so good. I cannot duplicate it. It is not a strong tomato sauce and it is slightly salty. Louis's is great and I wish I couldduplicate it. I wrote the Knoxville News Sentinel requesting the recipe. They responded that no one has it and every one has requested it. Too bad because I will still go there and pay $9.00 and enjoy. I only wish I could do it at home
