I have not been to this place but its been getting a lot of comments elsewhere. Follow this link and select the page 26 story (the picture at bottom with beer taps) which will load a pdf with a nice story with pictures.

Here's what the Village Voice has to say about Fette Sau, which I had never heard of until I saw this thread. Now it's on my list for a future trip to Brooklyn

PS: Kozel, thanks for the link to Edible Brooklyn. My sister (who lives in Brooklyn) had given me a hard copy of an issue a few years ago and I promply forgot all about it. It's a great resource and it hadn't occurred to me that they might have an online version.

There are 'Edible' publications for several locations around the country. I suggest you all take a look at what is available.
