Luigi's Italian in Eustis, Florida ...

A quick report. We were stuck in Eustis Florida lunchtime and decided to troll for
someplace viable to eat.

My well-honed restaurant finding antenna engaged, I zeroed in on this rustic family-
owned place (remember family-owned doesn't mean good food or prices).  But, this
place looked like a good bet.

Nice looking outside and in ...


 





... The place filled up quick.

Nice, fresh garlic bread sticks (actually small loaves) ...



Lasagna and chicken parm. Not easy to shoot in the casseroles ...



Both were SUPERB, in a red sauce spaghetti house way.

$23 including a somewhat skimpy glass of wine and a beer.

I'll be back.

Sounds like a winner, if you can't drift down to Mt. Dora.

There's suppose to be a BBQ shack in Eustis that may be of interest.  Alex's or AJ's or something.   Only did a drive through Eustis while trying to find a "short cut" back to I-75 from Mt Dora one time.  Didn't stop, didn't have to slow down. I remember the lake though.

Looks good to me.  Nothing wrong with casserole pictures.

I love the blue finger in the window.  Got my attention!

I'm just happy to see another "mom 'n pop" Italian restaurant (hopefully) thriving.

oooohhh that chicken parm looked perfect...but no sides for $23.00??? Salad included???
