Pistachio Ice Cream

This is a flavor that I have not been able to buy recently. While I was in Prince Edwqrd Island, I stopped at the beautiful COWS store at the new bridge. They had it and I bought it. It is a most unusual flavor. I do not think I could tolerate it frequently, but for a flavor break, it was excellent. I also had their grape ice cream. Real good. I would have tried more flavors but I stopped at a restaurant right before that and I had some great PEI potatoes.
