Question:

Does anyone know who is the guy in Lubbock Texas that cooks over a mesquite grill outside of this bar on the Depot District in Lubbock??
He cooked I think what is called a Brisket Burrito and it tasted sooo good!!! Can anyone help me? I tried looking him up on the internet and can't seem to find anything...
Thanx

No, I haven't been to Lubbock in a long time (thank goodness ). I have plenty of mesquite stacked in my bakyard though. Can't wait til it gets cold enough to have a fire.
