Yes, Mark, definitely frosted. Maybe one of these days, when I'm down in Cincinnati, I might actually work up the nerve to try goetta for breakfast ( like they say, "when in Rome..." )

Oatmeal, juice, coffee or if I go out once in a while I'll have Corned beef hash with scrambled and whole wheat toast.
