Back to the Grind Expresso in Portland, Oregon now features Cincinnati style chile on its menu from to noon to 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Cincinnati native Joni Fox is the cook and she makes fresh spaghetti for each dish so it usually takes 15 minutes to fix and serve. The result pleased me and I am very happy to have this option available to me here in Portland and I hope others will head out to this spot in outer southeast Portland.
