Buffalo Cuts Sun, 11/23/03 10:07 AM (permalink)
I was just given half a freezer of all sorts of fresh Buffalo cuts. Although you can never go wrong with ground buffalo, the other cuts (Chuck, Rib, Cross Rib, T-Bone..etc) are notoriously hard if not prepared properly. Any suggestions?

Don't overcook it!!! We have a buffalo ranch near us, and their website has a good cooking tips section:

    Makes good jerky!
