The Verizon banner is interfering....

The Verizon banner is interfering with my ability to post. It remains on top, even on top of the "Post New Thread" dialog box, blocking either the formatting tools or the dialog box itself. It should stay on top of the forum page, but under the posting box.
I reloaded the page and the M&M banner came up next, which is fine.
