Costco Tortilla Chicken Soup

If you haven't tried this new product, made on site, hurry up, it's incredible, IMHO. They use the Roasters not sold within 3 hours, loaded with chicken and spiced perfectly. Please let me know if you agree!

I am planning on going to Cosco this week and will get some to try. I respect your opinion because the food at your restaurant is great!

Janet loves the stuff...and the Chicken Pies, as well. They aren't cheap, but they will feed a large family, especially if you add some veggies to the pie (or soup) when you heat it up.

No Cosco near me but I make this all the time. Get a roaster, eat some of it, cut up the rest, add some Rotel, and maybe some onions and whatever sounds good. Now top w/ some Doritos, mmm.
I have posted this before. I think those Cosco folks saw my recipe here at Roadfood!

Chewer, thanks for the heads up! I make that all the time w/ leftover roasters. I would like to try theirs. I might like it better since I didn't have to cook it. :~)

Try their canned Crab & Corn Chowder ! I don't remember the brand, but Costco carries 2-packs of large cans (2 portions per can roughly). Good stuff (for a canned soup).
