Columbiana, OH culinary destinations

I know this is a long shot on short notice. My daughter has a volleyball tournament in Columbiana, OH, tomorrow - and wondering if anybody knows of any culinary delights in the area. I would rather pack a picnic lunch than eat fast food if there is nothing in the area that we can sneak to in between matches for lunch. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
