Coco Glace, coconut ice crean on a coconut shell

Anyone here familiar with Coco Glace? It is coconut ice cream placed on a coconut shell and sold in mostly Caribbean Latino bodegas and supermarkets.
Although I haven't been able to confirm it I was told this is also popular in Thailand and the Phillipines. On our last trip to So Flo I saw this product expanded to Mango Glace, mango ice cream on a mango skin and several other tropical fruit flavors on the skin of their origins.  Excellent eating....
