For me a thick cut Porterhouse, about 1.5 inches or roughly 1.75 lb seems to work best for a great steak. My wife loves the filet, and I get the 'left' side strip. Very light or no seasoning prior to grilling. Dinner for two.
If you could (or do) choose your favorite cut to grill, or order when on the road, what would it be?
