Congratulations. I will watch, By the way, i saw in an old thread ( I think) that you used to work at the Henry;s in Lincolnwood. that brought back many fond memories. my grandparents lived about three blocks away and I was constantly lobbying for visits to Henrys rather than my grandmothers heavy Eastern European style food. Still rememebereing encountering that unknown entity to me at teh time - a shrimp basket!

By the way, As a kid in Chicago in the 50s and 60s I only remember yellow mustard on hot dogs. i vividly remember the first time circa 1960 I was taken to County Stadiun in Milwaukee to see the Braves play and got a hit dog that was not only different in style and taste but had brown german style mustard. Wete there places in Chicago serving that mustard then and I was just unaware?
