Catfish Northern Mississippi?
Family has a plan to treat me to a real Catfish dining experience tonight.I have been living on the west coast for many,many years.This will be my first really non-frozen catfish in a long time.
The question is about the cooking oil.If I recall California doesn't fry in transfat oil or something like that?
I just maybe totally confused.Could someone please explain about non-transfat and transfat oil?
I am going to eat catfish till I pop any which way.
Hope my question is understandable.
