New Prime Cuts Coming Your Way According to the NY Times you will soon have many more "prime cuts" to choose from. Supermarkets and some restaurants are embracing the idea. Deceptive names and inferior cuts created by food scientists let loose with a knife have discovered these new steaks after years of research.
