Today, I needed a dose of BBQ...something smoked, because, well, I don't live in the south anymore. I headed up Mass Ave. out of Cambridge into Arlington and stopped at Blue Ribbon BBQ. I ordered the Texas Beef Brisket Sandwich. It was heaven on a bun...and NOT shy on the brisket. The meat was extremely tender and plentiful. It was served as I say "nekked" with no sauce...but it truly didn't need any.
