No more will I be able to sing the praises and enjoy the crisp char-crusted combination of heat and flavor that create the best pizza I know. I have left Connecticut and I will not be back. Fortunately I had the opportunities to meet with Buffalo Tarheel, ayersian and TnTinCT at the Manchester location of Pepe's. They have been well documented. But here I present to you a pie of special significance. The last pie. It was a white clam with mozzarella and half pepperoni with sausage. The clams were especially juicy and I liked the sausage better than what I had in Manchester. Is this possible? I know I will never see a pie like this ever again.....     Nevermore...... But it's not all that bad. I moved to Austin. Plenty of food here. They do not have Elgin sausage or Earl Campbell Hot Links in CT...... mark
