This event is coming up soon. I was there last year (and several years before that.) They have lots of good food for sale. I opted for the three rib sampler with baked beans and cole slaw.  They also sell racks of ribs, pulled pork sandwiches, etc. but I had to leave some room. Maui's Dog House is just a few blocks down the street! Here is the info on the cook-off http://www.njbbq.com
