Frozen peanut butter pie

Does anyone have a recipe for frozen peanut butter pie made without cool whip? The best Fpbp I ever had was in a tiny restaurant down in Florida while driving through the everglades. Can't remember the name of the place but I remember the pie. Graham cracker crust and a dense peanut butter flavor, maybe the PB was mixed with cream cheese? Thanks.
