      Bushie, speaking of Bayou dwellers, where is Mayhaw Man? I know he is active at eGullet but why doesn't he stop by here once in awhile??

          Well, I was starting to think that he really WAS PO'd at me.
          We were supposed to meet up in NOLA then he never got back to me, then I found out he spent the weekend in NOLA with Jason Perlow.

            Oh, he stood me up in NO too..such a cad! If only he had seen our cheesecake photos first we might have fared better...sigh...then again, maybe his wife booted him off the site after his second request to meet with a Roadfoodette
