Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Am I the only one who gets sick of dining in upscale restaurants and being offered garlic mashed potatoes? You can't fool me into thinking something is "fancy" just because you put garlic in it and hand me a big bill. I would think they could be a bit more creative. Just another pet peeve of mine.
