Texas Weiner Sauce post I can't find..

Argh! Help! I saw a post here (I think it was here) where some guy found a recipe to Texas Weiner chili sauce, but I can't locate the post. I'd tried searching.

The recipe had been given out by accident to his Mother who was doing a church cookbook, but unfortunately copies had already been made.

I was looking to make some and unfortunately did not print it out when I saw it.

The recipe is from a Northern NJ place who's no longer in business. I remember the name started with a C I'm pretty sure.
