Fried Chicken in Glendale, CA

In the late 80's I lived in Glendale, CA and went to a fried chicken place on Verdugo Blvd, just west of the 2 freeway. There was a Burger King in the same strip mall. I recently moved back in the area and the first place I thought about was the fried chicken place. Sadly it was closed. Does anybody remember the name of this fried chicken place?

I should have mentioned, this wasn't a chain like Pioneer or Church's. Just a mom and pop fried chicken place.
But speaking or Pioneer, I found out there are still 3-4 Pioneer Chicken still around!!

Yes I do remember Dinah's but Dinah's isn't on Verdugo Blvd. Dinah's is also still in business. This location is not.
