I'll do better. I'll personally prepare and serve you a char cheddar Polish or a char cheddar burger or a char cheddar salami sandwich, made with the same cheddar as Poochie's. How about some fresh cut cheddar fries? I'll be in on Monday fro 10:30am-6pm and Tuesday from 10:30am-1pm. A true taste of Skokie in now Boca and it doesn't get better than that.

as i always keep my word i stopped by and had lunch today, awesome italian beef and an incredible polish charred with grilled addicting onions and merkts cheddar, its a 100% true vienna chicago place and flawless even for a first day, about a mile north of spanish river on the east side of federal highway in a 5 store micromall

even the burp tasted good lol

im sure csd will post picts if he doesnt i will in a few days for him

nice site.  there are 2 issues.  Sloppy Jo's in Highland Park is closed though and my little hot dog stand in Evanston, IL is excluded Wiener and Still Champion

Go figure, miss Mark by 2 weeks here.. Will have to check this place out for sure!

Thanks for letting me know about Sloppy Jo's closing. It's so hard keeping up with so many closing. Wiener and Still Champion is on my list of about 14 new sites to add. I'll have to start adding multiple places each week in order to catch up.

I see another student of yours is opening a brick and mortar shop this weekend after a successful cart operation. I may head up there for the grand opening, will you be there CSD?

David Ross is a March 09' graduate from Hot Dog University. He started with a cart in the spring and will open stand this weekend. Last week, I had the opportunity to train his staff and will be at the grand opening tomorrow. Pictures will follow.
