Purchasing a Willy Dog Hummer - thoughts?

I'm going to look at a Willy Dog (Hummer model) today and wanted any perspectives on what to look for in terms of use or parts that wear out. Any feedback is appreciated. The owner has shared that the cart is new. http://dallas.craigslist...ndf/bfs/1451970957.html
