Subway $4 footlong?

The other day I drove past a Subway restaurant (Woodman Drive in east Dayton), and it was advertising $4 footlongs, contrary to their jingle about $5 footlongs. Is the dollar increasing in value? Is this happening elsewhere?

Could very well be that your particular location is running a sale.

You want meat with that? A my local Subway after they make your footlong they hold up another container of meat and say... You want more meat for a dollar? I like their salads as it's convenient for lunch.

mar52 I like their salads as it's convenient for lunch. Their sandwiches...like you alluded to, are essentially salads on a bread roll ...with a wee bit of meat.
