Finally got to Larry's Giant Subs

Larry's was right where they said they were so that's a good point. They have a good location in a shopping mall and were busy. It was noon, so they should be busy I guess. They are different from Subway in that you order at the registar and pay up front. They then make the sub and deliver it to your table. There were plenty of tables and they were all occupied. Sub was good. I ordered the Italian Hoagie called the Big One. Premium Ham, Genoa Salami, beef bologna, pepperoni, Provolone, lettuce, tomato, onions, oregano, oil and vinegar on a toasted 8" bun. Also, you shouldn't be completely Italian, a Kosher pickle spear. Also a little bag of Lay's Chips. This sub was $5.49-------the 12" $7.49. Now, when I told the girl I was a senior I got a fancy discount of 20%----at first she didn't believe me, I had to call home and have my mother convince her. The sub was good, the place was clean, the service was fine. They have lots of other subs as for instance---- Pastrami/Corned Beef Combo----same price Cuban---------------------------------ditto Philly Cheesesteak----------------- ditto Grilled Chicken breast--------------ditto Sausage and peppers--------------also ditto New Orleans Muffaletta------------same Corned Beef Reuben----------------same Hebrew national Hot dogs---------$2.99 No Camera, No Pics, but they have a web site with pics----www.larrysubs.com 10/4 over and out !!!!!!!

Quality of meat is fine------ Whether the combination for a real Italian hero, sub, hoagie, etc. is perfect or not I can not sy---but it was a good sub and if I am in the neighborhood at lunch time I will do it again------ but I won't go past any Subway to go to Larry's----it just isn't any better or worse. Next stop will be Firehouse, or Firestone or something, in the same area. Publix Supermarket makes a good sub, and has sales that make it hard to pass up.
