It's a great burger. I went last Tuesday, returned again with my kids on Sunday. Juicy, made correctly to order (med-rare) juice dripping. Served on a pretzel roll, good for holding the juices, and enough to handle the heft of the burger. Don't get it on the regular (brioche) roll. My kids wanted it that way, and it changes the game a bit. Great fries as well. The fries and burger remind of Hackney's up North when I was a kid, back when Hackney's was good. Don't let the corporate chain look put you off. It's not the cheapest on the block either (8.99). From my local travels, I think it's the best burger in the western suburbs, and in my top five in Chicago. Go at an off time; the place is jammed at lunch, but definitely go. I talked to the manager for a while, and this is the first location, but I'm guessing that there will be more (he did not divulge anything) I don't live too far from there, so that's going to be my default place for a while.
