Steve, great write-up and terrific photos! http://www.roadfood.com/R...ew/6858-7351/dt-kirbys Couple questions...you mention the 6th & Main sandwich has 6 types of meat and 4 cheeses but (unless I'm crazy and missed it) you don't mention what 6 meats and cheeses. ...also, what's an Italy Dog and a Brazil Dog have on it? I love that Marble Rye...I would definably get me some of that
