Pastrami Sandwich? Wed, 12/23/09 12:57 PM (permalink)
One of the photos accompanying the report on D.T. Kirby's purports to be of a pastrami sandwich. If it really is, pastrami and lettuce, with mayonnaise on the side, I am reminded of the kosher corned beef sandwich I was served at a Holiday Inn in Charleston, West Virginia once. It was corned beef, lettuce and tomato on white bread with mayonnaise.
People who do not understand pastrami should not be permitted to serve it.
