Bakery Pizza in the Lehigh Valley?

Hi. I'm headed out to Bethlehem PA tomorrow for a morning meeting. I will probably have the rest of the day free after around Noon. I get out there a few times a year and usually go to the Allentown Farmer's Market and a couple of other places.
This time I have a craving for the style of Bakery Pizza that is found just outside of Philadelphia, such as at Coropolese Bakery in Norristown. Does anyone know of a similar place closer to Allentown/Bethlehem?
