Best Mail Order Chocolate For Valentines 2010

So I have a special sweetie this year I want to surprise with some very good chocolate. We have Gearhart's here in Charlottesville but that's a been-there done-that type of thing. Any ideas? I know I like Lake Champlain Chocolate, but wanted to see what everyone else suggested!
