Grill is hot - here is an idea

I roasted a chicken on the BGE. After the bird came off - I closed the vents, halved bananas in the peel and let them cook for about 15 minutes. A drizzle of carmel and vanilla ice cream. The smoke from the grill gave the bananas an earthy taste that was very good. I think some toasted pecans would be a nice addition as well.

Does look great Susan! I have some bananas... and some ice cream. Shoot, tha grills not goin. :~( Think I'll just have some raw bananas and ice cream anyway. Joe
