Alton said to use 2 parts fat free sour cream to one part mayo (I use Hellman's) in any potato, macaroni, salad .... I can't tell the difference.
Good advice.

I've been doing that for a long time -- all mayo is just too heavy and the fat free sour cream lightens it up - good in coleslaw, too.

I don't know what your talking about, but I was at a local Rv show and there was a tasting booth with a small company making various spices to add to Mayo and cream. It was really a hit. We bought several flavor packs,
Makes great dips. I don't have the website, but you can let your imagination run wild.
