Easy and versatile Taco Meat recipe

Hi! I am looking for the perfect ground beef taco meat recipe to use when i offer a Mexican menu with my new concession trailer. I want the same meat mixture to make three menu items: soft tacos (flour tortilla, taco meat, shredded lettuce, cheese, diced tomato), beef & bean burrito (large flour tortilla, taco meat, pinto beans, cheese) and a sloppy taco joe (bun, taco meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato). I can't seem to hit one that will work well for all three. Anyone out there have a simple favorite??

For the taco & burrito I would use the same. 80/20 ground beef, chopped (fresh or dehydrated) onion, dehydrated garlic granules, some cumin, a bit of chili powder, S&P. Brown and finely crumble the meat with the added spices. For the Mexican sloppy Joe I would add the same meat with enchilada sauce and/or tomato sauce added. Play with the sauce until you find what works. One of my "secret" ingredients in chili beans is the enchilada sauce.
