Indiana: Pizza King vs. Pizza King

Hey, I have noticed more than one site for the Pizza King chain of restaurants in Indiana: www.pizzakingindiana.com - east central Indiana (headquartered in Muncie) www.pizzakinginc.com - the rest of Indiana (headquartered in Lafayette) I have gone to the first (Muncie-based) site, and in my travels in Indiana saw some Pizza King restaurants not listed on said site. So with the advent of the second (Lafayette-based) site, my questions were answered, except one. How come there are two different companies?
