Have been a little busy lately but have been grilling all along. Just wasn't posting. Here's the main reason for being too busy...  Teddy Monster. A gift for my daughter on her 21st birthday. He is truly a toddler with fur!! But we love him!! Bought some country style spare ribs, bratwurst and knockwurst!    Served them with roasted asparagus and German style potato salad. It was really enjoyable!

Very nice pictures! What did you do to the ribs? I love the side dishes too!

Just salt and pepper and then mopped on some BBQ sauce for the last few minutes. I cooked them over indirect heat and used hicory wood chips.

nice pictures
but I don't understand why a gift of a dog TO your daughter would keep you busy.
sorry agnesrob, I love animals but can't see owning pets.
I guess I'm just selfish. thats just me.
he is a cutie though.
